OCE Policies

Before purchasing tickets to any OCE Productions events, please read the following Policies. By purchasing tickets to any OCE event, you are legally agreeing to adhere to these policies, which form a binding contract between OCE Productions and yourself, the attendee. All polices are permanent.
 
Daily Admission Tickets
A weekend pass or a single day ticket is required to attend any of the events on that specific day, unless specified otherwise. No refunds will be distributed for tickets purchased at the fault of the attendee. The appropriate admission ticket will need to be purchased prior to the event.

 
Photography / Video
Photography will ONLY be permitted during the Meet & Greet sessions. Cameras are not permitted in the Photo Ops or Autograph Session or any special event, unless specified by OCE Productions. The celebrities are contracted for professional photo sessions and cannot pose for personal photos. Please note that OCE is a private function and any videography and/or photography taken at a OCE event is the property of OCE, and may be used in future advertising campaigns or other event services. By purchasing a ticket to OCE events, you agree to allow your image to be used on our website/social media for advertising or event purposes.

 
Solicitation
No solicitation of any kind will be permitted at the event without prior consent.


Reselling of Tickets
The reselling of tickets purchased to the event is not allowed under any circumstances. Doing so can result in being banned from any OCE events and future events.


Right to Deny Entry
OCE Productions reserves the right to deny entry to the event to any patron for any reason without refund.

Harassment

OCE Productions is dedicated to providing a safe and harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of race, age, religion, gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, or physical appearance. Any advocate violating these boundaries may be removed from the event (without a refund) at OCE Productions discretion and security may well be called in to facilitate this response. If you have any issues with anyone, please ask to speak to Rae immediately. One or both of them will be available at each of our events and they can be reached through our registration/customer service table.

Upgrades and Exchanges
If you want to upgrade your ticket, you may do so at the event (difference paid by attendee). Exchanges may also be done at the event. All exchanges will have to be equal or higher value (difference paid by attendee).

Split Payment Options

We offer split payment options to higher priced tickets such as the "Lotties VIP Party." Your ticket price will be split into 2 payments; one now and your final payment will be due by July 1st, 2019. Tickets not paid in full by that date will be null and void, and refunds of the first payment will not be given. No exceptions.

 Refunds

ALL ADMISSION TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. ALL purchases are final. We understand there are special circumstances that come up (i.e. family emergency, medical issue, weather, or other) that you may feel your individual situation entitles you to a refund. However, to remain fair, we will adhere to this policy for each and every attendee without showing special treatment. For your financial benefit, please make sure that you are able to attend before purchasing. No admission or special event refunds will be given for the cancellation of a particular celebrity guest. Please note that all guests are contractually confirmed before they are advertised on our website/social media, however there is always a chance for conflict with their schedules due to potential filming or other work that could interfere with their appearance at our event. This would be out of our control. In the unlikely event of a guest cancellation, any "Guest Specific" a la carte tickets (such as photo op) will be fully refunded within 30 business days of cancellation or transferred for another guest photo op/autograph at attendees request for equal price or higher (difference to be paid by attendee). In the unlikely event that the event is cancelled for any reason, full refunds will be issued within 30 business days of cancellation. Or, if preferred, credit will be given for a future event. OCE Productions will protect its rights in the event of fraudulent chargebacks claims which are an attempt to force a refund outside of the refund details described within these policies. Any patron who files a chargeback claim in such an attempt will face legal recourse by OCE Productions for the remuneration of funds lost including the amount in question plus any other expenditures made by the company in the attempt to recover said losses including but not limited to airfare, hotel and transportation, attorney and legal filing fees. Filing a fraudulent chargeback will also result in being banned from any future OCE related event. By purchasing tickets to the event, you are agreeing not to take this fraudulent action. 


By purchasing tickets to any OCE event, you agree to accept and abide by these rules.
